Operation steps and requirements
1.1 Press the main switch.
1.2 Check whether the photoelectricity is correct (the red and green lights are displayed correctly).
1.3 Check whether the wheel opening and closing handle is correct (correct: close).

The machine has two temperature control systems, which control the "middle sealing temperature" and "end sealing temperature" respectively. The size of the temperature setting value of each group should be determined according to the speed of the packaging, the thickness of the packaging film, and the temperature of the surrounding environment. The most suitable setting value should be that the inner seal and end seal of the product are airtight and not scorched and wrinkled.

Precautions

2.4 If the power is not turned off, do not touch the inside of the machine or electrical facilities.
2.5 The operator shall not leave the working range of the machine when the machine is running.
2. 6 It is strictly forbidden to touch the hot sealing wheel, sealing mold and moving parts when the machine is running.
2.7 Inspection and maintenance of electrical control circuits must be completed by electrical professionals.
2.8 The equipment maintenance operators regularly check the equipment and maintain the "required power outage tag lock machine".
